Billy boarder

Well my first idea for the bill boardo, tried to go for the whole rubber hose cartoon titles thing.
Dunno if I blurred it too much oh well still got the psd so can change it
It's a bit simple but it will do until I am struck with a better idea
what do you guys think?

    Love it! The grain filter is working really well~ I don't think it's blurred too much at all!
